How do I take care of my new tumbler?

Care instructions for tumblers (Epoxy/Resin Coated):

• Hand Wash Only: Do not put your tumbler in the dishwasher. The high heat and pressure can damage the epoxy or resin coating.
• Avoid Soaking: Prolonged soaking can weaken the bond between the resin and the cup.
• No Microwave: Tumblers are not microwave safe.
• Handle with Care: Avoid dropping the tumbler as it may cause cracks or chips in the resin.
• Do Not Scrub: Use a soft sponge or cloth to clean the exterior. Avoid abrasive sponges or chemicals.

How do I take care of my resin art?

Care instructions for resin art:

• Dust Regularly: Use a microfiber cloth to gently wipe down the surface.
• Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to UV light can cause yellowing or fading of the resin over time.
• Keep Away from Extreme Temperatures: Resin can become brittle in very cold temperatures or soft in high heat.
• Handle Gently: Resin can scratch easily, so avoid using harsh materials or placing sharp objects on the surface.
• Mild Soap & Water for Cleaning: For spills, clean the surface with mild soap and water, then wipe dry.

How do I care for my t-shirts and fabric products?

Care instructions for cotton t-shirts:

• Turn Inside Out: Always wash your t-shirt inside out to protect the design.
• Cold Wash Only: Use cold water and a gentle cycle to preserve the print quality.
• No Bleach or Fabric Softeners: These can damage both the fabric and the print.
• Air Dry or Low Heat: To extend the life of the design, air dry or use a low heat setting in the dryer.
• Do Not Iron Over Design: Iron the shirt inside out and avoid the design area altogether.

Care instructions for polyester t-shirts and fabrics:

• Cold Water Wash: Wash in cold water to prevent shrinkage and protect the sublimation print.
• Avoid High Heat: Use a low heat setting when drying or air dry to maintain fabric quality.
• No Fabric Softeners: Softeners can interfere with the vibrancy of the print.
• Use Gentle Detergents: Avoid harsh chemicals or bleach.
• Do Not Iron Directly on Design: If ironing is necessary, place a cloth over the printed area or iron on the reverse side.

Can I return or get a refund?

At Ladie G's Custom Creations, we take great pride in crafting custom products with care and attention to detail. Due to the personal nature of our handmade items, all sales are final. This policy applies to all custom orders, including but not limited to tumblers, t-shirts, and other personalize products.

Please note the following:

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded, as production begins immediately.
• We provide proof or mock-up of your design for approval before finalizing the product. Please review this carefully, as any errors not identified at that stage are the responsibility of the buyer.
• If the idem is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement or repair if deemed necessary, at our discretion.
